One important note to make is that most Penji graphic designers are based overseas in Asia.
This is important to know because the internet is often much slower in these countries, which may result in slower deliverables.
Though, one bigger issue I ran into was the amount of natural disasters happening in these countries. Years ago, No Limit Creatives had a large majority of their graphic designers based out of Asia (they are better diversified now).
