Some of the strategies many blogs share on how to make money as a ClickFunnels affiliate are so outdated that it may take new affiliates down the wrong path.
For example, share funnels are no longer a way for new affiliates to earn commissions with ClickFunnels – not in the traditional method at least. That’s because ClickFunnels recently changed the terms and agreements to their affiliate program.
To keep you up-to-date, I’ll share with you the fastest way to make money online as a ClickFunnels affiliate. I’m even going to give you the exact scripts I use to make money with ClickFunnels. So read until the end for that.
How to Become a ClickFunnels Affiliate
If you haven’t done so yet, make sure to sign up as a ClickFunnels affiliate at whatsyourdreamcar.com. The sign up and approval process is a pretty straightforward one.

Why ClickFunnels
Generally when someone starts affiliate marketing, they immediately begin to promote low-ticket affiliate offers. Unfortunately, this slows down their ability to quickly earn their first $1,000 per month with affiliate marketing.
But when you promote high paying affiliate programs, such as ClickFunnels, then you have the vehicle to reach $1,000 per month much faster. Here’s just a quick example of what I mean.
I recently joined the pay per lead Ibotta Influencer program, since I’m an avid user of the popular money-saving grocery app. As an Ibotta affiliate partner, I earn $2 for each new referral sign up who registers for a new Ibotta account.
It would take me 500 new referrals each month to earn $1,000 with the Ibotta Influencer program.
On the other hand, if I refer only 10 people to the ClickFunnels One Funnel Away Challenge, I earn $1,000 per month in affiliate income. By the way, new ClickFunnels affiliates can also promote this 100% commissionable product.
But that’s just one ClickFunnels product. There are other products such as FunnelScripts where you can earn up to $318.80 per sale.
Promoting ClickFunnels as a New Affiliate Partner
As mentioned earlier, there are a few outdated strategies being shared online that do not apply to new ClickFunnels affiliates. If you recently signed up to promote ClickFunnels products, then you’re considered to be a ClickFunnels front-end affiliate.
That means you’re limited to a handful of ClickFunnels products you can promote now.
Some of the front-end products you can promote include: Traffic Secrets Book, DotCom Secrets, and the Expert Secrets book. For these products, you’ll earn $1 for giving away a free book and 40% commissions throughout the remainder of the funnel.
Here’s also how you can earn more according to ClickFunnels:
“New ClickFunnels’ affiliates will also earn 20% commission on purchases of ClickFunnels subscriptions that your front-end buyers sign up for.”
Even better, you get to promote the One Funnel Away Challenge and earn a smooth $100 commission per sale. So there is a great deal of money to earn as a new affiliate.
Now that we have that out of the way, I’m going to do something that rarely anyone else is willing to do for free.
I’m going to give you free scripts and step-by-step directions on how to make a ClickFunnels sale TODAY.

One Funnel Away Challenge
The One Funnel Away Challenge is an all encompassing program. In 30 days, it will teach you from start to finish how to build an online business and automate it with sales funnels.
I figured we would start with this since the One Funnel Away Challenge will earn you $100 in affiliate commissions. Ten of these sales per month will get you to $1,000 per month and the opportunity to apply for higher commissions with ClickFunnels.
Facebook Organic Marketing
With over 2.7 billion monthly active users. Facebook is currently the biggest social media site. That makes it a prime place to network with others and rapidly build an audience of potential buyers.
The strategy here is simple, especially since the One Funnel Away Challenge appeals to a wide range of beginners up to more experienced entrepreneurs. Not only that, this course is literally like getting a $40,000 college education in digital marketing at the incredibly affordable price of $100.
Here are the steps:
- First, join Facebook™ groups where entrepreneurs are congregating and ideally within a niche you wish to target. This can be a group of online course creators, coaches, gym owners, e-commerce sellers, etc.
- Stay active within these FB groups. Make connections with others by answering questions posted in the group and freely help as many people as possible.
- Invite the people you’ve connected with in these groups to be friends with you on your personal FB profile. This is the modern way to network with people and build your rolodex of potential business partners and clients.
- Once they’re on your personal profile, continue to build upon these connections by sharing a mix of personal and business related posts.
How to Make Sales of the OFA Challenge
So now that you’re building your rolodex of connections using your FB profile, next is to place an offer in front of your audience.
This is the exact sales script I used on my FB profile to make sales of the OFA Challenge that you can use as well.
Post an image of fries and use the below script along with it:
“Would you like fries and a drink with that? It costs McDonald’s™ $1.91 in advertising fees just to get you into their drive-thru. So when they sell you a burger for $2.09, they’re only making $0.18. But….when they up-sell you with fries and a coke for $1.77 more, they make $1.32 profit. That’s 8x the profit on the initial sell. Pretty cool, wouldn’t you say?
They do it so effortlessly that people don’t even realize they just went through a sales funnel. So what’s that have to do with you?
If you’re like most people and you’re selling online, you put up a website, make more sales…but after you factor in your advertising costs and your fixed overhead costs, you’re probably not left with enough to expand your business, explore new business opportunities, or maybe even have enough to pay yourself.
That’s when you realize, if you want to make money online, you can’t sell from a flat website. Instead, do what McDonald’s did, and set up a sales funnel.
But instead of going through a drive-thru window, online you go through a capture page…where after, you have up-sells and down-sells to sell them on your other products and services.

Russell Brunson actually shares this ClickFunnels story with us. This story will help any Clickfunnels affiliate make more money.
Now obviously this script will be 10x more effective if you actually take the One Funnel Challenge. So I highly recommend you do that first before posting this script.
That way, if people have questions about the challenge, you’ll be able to appropriately answer them from personal experience.
Once people start commenting on your post, send them a private message with your OFA affiliate link and make sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate of the product. If you want to increase the amount of people who sign up, then use an affiliate link cloaker for more professional looking links.
This method is just one way in which you can do affiliate marketing without a website using business storytelling techniques.
Business storytelling is a crazy effective method for selling anything to anyone.

Promoting Russell Brunson Books
As a new affiliate, you’ll have the opportunity to promote Clickfunnels books such as DotCom Secrets, Expert Secrets and Traffic Secrets.
These are the core books that teach you how to grow any company online with sales funnels, position yourself as the expert authority in your niche, and drive unlimited traffic to your offers.
But what makes these books easier to sell, is that you don’t need to sell them at all. That’s because you can give these books away for free. Your end customer simply has to cover shipping and handling to them.
Remember, you’ll earn $1 for each book you successfully give away, and a chance to earn upwards of $264.40 throughout the remainder of the funnel.
The easiest method I implemented to make immediate book sales was to once again leverage the power of my new connections on Facebook™. Here’s the actual post I wrote on Facebook™ that earned me multiple affiliate sales of the Copywriting Secrets book by Jim Edwards:

You can use this same strategy to make your first affiliate sales to Russell Brunson’s books. And just as before, for anyone that comments on your post, send them a private message with your affiliate link and disclose that you’re an affiliate of the product.
The reason these strategies work so well, is because I’m actually a customer of ClickFunnels. I’ve been a customer for 4 years and have purchased many of the ClickFunnels products. The better you know and understand the product you’re selling, the more sales you’ll be able to make and the faster you’ll reach Super Affiliate status.

As you begin to make more money with ClickFunnels, you’ll earn the opportunity to promote more ClickFunnels products. This includes the Lead Funnel Swipe Files.
The Lead Funnels Swipe File is 106 actual case studies of the world’s most successful lead funnels. These swipe files are a gold mine for entrepreneurs looking to ethically funnel hack high converting lead magnets within their niche.
When Russell Brunson re-launched this product back in the summer of 2019, he did so with several affiliate contests. These contests motivated many affiliates to go hard promoting the Lead Funnel Swipe Files, including myself.
This next strategy I’m going to share with you initially got me onto the Top 10 affiliate leaderboard for promoting the swipe files. I was later dethroned, but it was the greatest feeling in the world to hear my name being called out on the leaderboard!
Create an Irresistible Offer
Creating an irresistible offer that resonates with your audience is one of the lessons taught in the One Funnel Away Challenge.
Since my audience are entrepreneurs interested in making passive online income with affiliate marketing, I decided to create a free affiliate marketing course for them.
I had already been planning to create this online course and sell it for $297 (which I later did). I used email marketing as well as a simple FB post to make multiple affiliate sales of this product.

Today, I would change the wording a bit here to better align with the FB algorithm. FB does not like ‘comment ladder’ type posts and may limit how many people see your post. So test out different ways of getting the same message across to get the desired results.
By giving away a free valuable product to your audience, you are creating goodwill and trust with them. Not only will they get to see the knowledge you possess within your niche, but they’ll also come back and purchase more from you. It’s a great strategy when done right.
Funnel Scripts
A sale of Funnel Scripts will earn you up to $318.80 in commissions. That’s a pretty sweet commission rate that will leap you over to $1,000 dollars in commissions with just 4 sales.
Once you become approved to promote Funnel Scripts, you should definitely take advantage of it!
Now, for the majority of the strategies I shared with you here, we primarily focused on Facebook™ organic marketing. While FB is a great way to make immediate sales, it’s not necessarily a passive income strategy.
Publishing on Facebook™ is rather more of an ‘active sales’ method to making affiliate sales. This means you’ll have to stay relatively active on FB to continue building new relationships and earning the trust of your new connections.
If you want to build a long term online passive income business, you’ll want to build on platforms where your content will last longer and continue to work on your behalf.
For example, a blog post will stay visible for about 2 years. A Pinterest pin will continue to circulate for up to 4 months. YouTube videos last for 20+ days. A Facebook post will retain visibility for about 5 hrs, and a tweet on Twitter has a lifespan of roughly 18 minutes.
These eye-opening stats are what got me publishing more on my blog here, uploading videos onto YouTube, and circulating my content on Pinterest. Essentially, passive online income will allow you to ‘buy’ more time, and time is the most expensive currency we all possess.
Promote Affiliate Offers with SEO
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies will help you create content that people are actively searching for online. YouTube SEO is one of the best ways to get your affiliate offers out to the world and circulating for the long term.
Take for example this short tutorial I created on my YouTube channel for How to Create Catchy Headlines to promote the funnel scripts tool.
Within the descriptions of the YouTube video is my affiliate link to the Funnel Scripts product.
Here also is another example video where I share How to Do Pinterest Affiliate Marketing without a Blog, that has garnered tons of free traffic to my ClickFunnels affiliate offers.
Now, I don’t just blindly create videos on YouTube. That would be a waste of time to do. In order to get seen on YouTube, use tools such as this one that will help you find low competition keywords to rank for on YouTube.
The same goes for blog posts. Use SEO tools specifically meant for creating blog content that will get found by your ideal audience. SEO strategies take longer to see results, but will ultimately build over time to earn you a passive online income.
